Traditional postures and healing sound relaxation

This class is taught blending two worlds together: the Hatnaravanali style, one of the most ancient and traditional types of Hatha yoga, focusing on pranayama (breathing technique) and horizontal and vertical asanas (postures); and the most iconic Aboriginal instrument, the didjeridoo, which according to the Australian traditional owners has relaxing and healing properties. Matt uses the didjeridoo as a meditative and concentration-oriented tool during class. It helps the body to cool down and relieve all the stress accumulated during the day.
