Inferno Hot Pilates

This high-energy fun class is one of our most popular!

IHP combines Pilates moves and principles with High Intensity Internal Training (HIIT) to create a fast-paced class that targets every muscle group in the body. 


Done in a room typically heated to around 35 degrees, the heat isn’t as intense as Bikram, but is enough to help you work up a real sweat, ensuring maximum calorie burn to accompany the incredible muscle tone you earn from each move. 


Our Inferno teacher, Lou, trained with Inferno creator Gabi Walters in Bali and was totally inspired by the fast results and happy ethos of this wonderful workout.


Lou returned to Bali in August 2019 to be trained in Inferno Hot Pilates Level 2. She is delighted to be bringing this new training to the students.


Be prepared to sweat, feel the burn, and hear some damn fine tunes!
