Inferno Hot Pilates

This high-energy class just got even better - Level 2 has landed!

Look at the 'guns' on Gabi! Inferno Hot Pilates creator, Gabi Walters developed this genius hot pilates workout (for hot yoga studios) just at the right time. We love it!

IHP combines Pilates moves and principles with High Intensity Internal Training (HIIT) to create a fast-paced class that targets every muscle group in the body. 

Practiced in a room typically heated to around 35 degrees, it's enough to help you work up a real sweat, ensuring maximum calorie burn to accompany the incredible muscle tone you earn 

Our Inferno teacher, Lou, trained with Gabi in Bali for Level 1 and was so totally inspired by the fast results and happy ethos of this wonderful workout that she returned for Level 2 training!

Lou is excited to bring the Level 2 workout to Glasgow - watch out for weights and bands!

Be prepared to sweat, feel the burn, and hear some damn fine tunes!
