NYC 60

It's Bikram...

...but not as you know it! NYC 60, named in homage to New York City, is a fast, one-hour Bikram flow class. It takes the 26 postures and two breathing exercises and flows them together in creative ways. Core exercises that you would not find in a traditional Bikram class ensure that this intensive workout targets all the major muscle groups. NYC 60 is set to music and goes fast. It's a fabulous one-our workout that'll leave you energised!
