NYC 60

It's Bikram...

...but not as you know it! NYC 60, named in homage to New York City, is a fast, one-hour Bikram flow class.


It takes the 26 postures and two breathing exercises and flows them together in creative ways. 


Additional core exercises that you would not find in a traditional Bikram class replace the 2-minute savasana, ensuring that this intensive workout targets all the major muscle groups. 


NYC 60 is set to music and has a fast pace. It's a fabulous one-our workout that'll leave you energised!
