One-to-one lessons are beneficial for everyone - from complete beginners to seasoned yogis interested in deepening their practice.
Lou will work with you to discover how you could best benefit from yoga, or another style of movement, including Hatha Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Y12SR (Yoga of 12-Step Recovery), TCTSY (Trauma Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga) or Inferno Hot Pilates Level 1 and/or Level 2.
Lou works with a diverse range of clients - from fitness fanatics to trauma survivors. One-to-ones provide an opportunity to discuss your practice and receive instruction and guidance.
Private lessons can be arranged at times that suit your busy life. More than one person can attend a private lesson if a group would like to attend a non-public session together .
One-to-ones are particularly effective for people with physical or emotional conditions, who seek to utilise the therapeutic benefits of yoga. Everybody needs movement.
