One-to-one lessons are beneficial if you are either a complete beginner; or a seasoned yogi interested in deepening your practice.
Dr Lou will work with you to discover how you could best benefit from yoga or another style of movement. Her training includes Hatha Yoga (500 hours), Bikram Yoga, Y12SR (Yoga of 12-Step Recovery) and TCTSY (Trauma Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga) and Inferno Hot Pilates Level 1 and Level 2.
This knowledge and experience has led Lou to work with a diverse range of clients - from fitness fanatics to trauma survivors. One-to-ones provide an opportunity to chat and look at your practice in detail, receiving personal instruction and guidance.
Private lessons can be arranged at times that suit your busy life. More than one person can attend a private lesson if a group would like to attend a non-public session together .
One-to-ones are particularly effective for people with physical or emotional conditions, who seek to utilise the therapeutic benefits of yoga.
