Weekend Wind Down Yoga

Move the Body. Calm the Mind.

Sunday Wind Down Yoga is a relaxing hatha yoga class to help you wind down from the weekend and calm your mind in preparation for the week ahead. 


Nikola graduated from the 500-hour Haha Yoga course run by Yoga Scotland; the governing body for Yoga in Scotland. This comprehensive course has prepared Nikola to guide you through asana, pranayama and yoga philosophy.


Expect to gently move your body, practice soothing breathing and feel a quieting of your mind. This class is suitable for everybody. The use of props and supports is encouraged to help the student find the right alignment.
